KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 8 — Malaysia's 36-year wait for the sepak takraw team to win the King’s Cup in the team regu event came to an end today as they were defeated by hosts Thailand with a score of 0-2.

Malaysia shoot down Thailand 5-3 on penalties to enter King's Cup final

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 23 — Malaysia beat Thailand 5-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw during regulation play at the 700th Anniversary of Chiang Mai Stadium in Thailand last night, to move into the final of the 48th King’s Cup.
